Points

How points are calculated from raw score:

Spoken numbers:

points = standard * sqrt(raw_score)

Speed cards:

points = standard * raw_score^(-3/4)   (all cards correct)

points = standard * 300^(-3/4) * raw_score / 52    (at least one card wrong)

Otherwise:

points = 1000 * raw_score / standard
